hi i have been suffering with panic attacks for some five years now, tried everything hypnotherapy,drugs, you name it and they are still around with a vengence, any ideas to stop and stop for good, genuine posts please:shoutout::shoutout::shoutout:

I to had them , and the doictor gave me vallium but when I realised it was nerves I put the tablets down the loo . I just let them happen and tried not panic
and eventually they have gone .
Although it was hard at first ,you know the symptoms sudo heart attacks etc.
have a go don't take the drugs they don't cure it you do :D:D:D

yes medical drugs today for nervous situations arnt the cure .
one need to just relax , stop thinking so intenstly, calm down
meditate to relax > its our own cure to all nervousness

Sure. You should learn to quiet your mind by meditation. It'll help you not only against panic strike, but also increase purity of your mind.
