I've installed smartmovie converter 4.01. Unfortunately its not working. whenever i opened it, it doesn't start or convert the files. Any suggestions about this converter. why this is not working? or any other problem in window or any thing else.......

may be due to plugin issue...try installing klite codec pack or vlc ..
