But now time is change and the new version is Carbide.ui 3.4.And I make the theme for 5800.
I don't know how to make animated backgound.I mean normal picture is not animated.If I want to have the animated backgound pictures how do I do?

i believe i can make animated themes even in svg themes :)
1st make frames of animated wallpaper you are going to use.

open carbide->right click on idle wallpaper->select "edit/animate"
add layes as per your requirement & add the animated frames one by one serial wise.
save it
its done ;)

not add frame. but at layer. example u have gif image. first u must extract the gif to get bitmap image. then add the bitmap image one by one using add layer option. hope this clear enough for u.

How to add layer option.Normally this idle background only display 1 layer only.
You can see in the picture above.When I add layer.No Layer option to chose.

Using Carbide can made animated background/idle bg??
Well as i know there was only using some 3rd party app such as anime manager n mif files.
So for 5th edition it can be made now?

Don't think it's possible, because then had some creators since long time do that and ownskin or astod software isn't needed to have an animation.
Take a look to the screen shot, the time options in the circle. Minimum is 1 hour, so if it is possible then you can change the wallpaper every hour one time. That isn't an animation.

although result is good, its really very hard to make animated themes in carbide better you go to ownskin.com
