The only way is to hack server
It is limitation set by network engineer according to company policy and network throughput capability.

No coz I think this one is set by the internet cafe coz they don't want any user 2 use IDM coz it will slow the other users down. So,is there any solution now ?

Sorry, didn't understand menings of "internet shop".

The difference is insted of server's built in tools limitation is set by third part software like "NetLimiter,"Internet caffe" etc. For end-user it is the same. Except that PC you have to hack is couple of meters near you. It is countless times more simple to get physical access to router and set bandwith according to your needs than hacking it. So... no, you can't help it, even it is theoreticaly possible.

Nevertheless, in any case of slow (or better "unsuficient") internet speed, first thing to do is set Packet Scheduler by enabling reservable bandwidth and setting it to 0. Otherwise, If you disable this setting or you do not configure it windows will reserve 20% of connection bandwidth for himself. Pure waste of connection speed!

Not much, but that's the reality.

I don't think I can do as u set coz I think it's too complicate !:oom: But I heard s.b say that there is a application 2 trick those speed limiters so we can use it with full speed,do u think there is a application like that exist ?(nt_virus)

It is not so complicated, believe me. Just do the following:

Click Start - Run
Type: gpedit.msc

That will open "group policy editor".
Then go to:

Local Computer Policy - Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Network - QOS Packet Scheduler - Limit Reservable Bandwidth

Double click "Limit Reservable bandwidth". It will say that it is not configured, but the truth is under ‘Explain’ tab:

“By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default.”

So, trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, and set it to 0 (ZERO). This will allow the system to reserve nothing, instead default 20%.

And thats all!

About tricking net speed limiter, I do not know about any working tool capable of that.

So I only need 2 enable that one ? What abt limit outstanding packets and set timer resolution ? After that I'll able 2 use it with full speed ? Plz help me one more time.Really thz 4 ur help !!! Rep. added !

No need to change them. Thats all you have to do to speed up browsing.

It will speed up your browsing but WILL NOT trick speed limit set by traffic shaper software.

So,u mean it's not actually useful ? coz in that internet cafe,I think they use limiter software !:oom:

Can't it be any better ? coz that's not enough ! Before they put the limiter, the download speed was 500 kb/s,now it's only 20 kb/s. It's a 25 times different and all I can do is speed up 20% ?:hardcry:How disappointing !:emptymind: Anyway thz 4 helping me and keep me company with this hopeless topic !:thanks:

Deep freeze is one of the best ways of system protection based on a "virtual drive". When you restart you'll see that actualy no changes is made to system at all.

It is time to give up.
