Hello,

As a lot of us knows, in order to run China Mainland 730.18 and Taiwan 759.018 maps you need the Chinese Navcore 8.026.9560. Same thing to run Russia Baltics Finland 815.2080, you need Russian Navcore 8.060.9425.

This is true for you standard One, GO, XL...:exactly:

Nevertheless, when running under you pocket PC, you are using Navigator 7.915.9169 which is the latest. But no way to run China Mainland, Taiwan, Russia Baltics Finland maps !!! :hardcry:

So how can you make these maps working ? Is there any solution ? Any Chinese and / or Russain Navigator 7 ???:oom:

As usual, your comments, helps will be really appreciated !!! :thanks:

Actually you've answered to yourself - no solution for PDA yet. All these "local" maps works only with "local" navcores...

I am not really sure... Please have a look on Russian TT web :

Navigator 7 is offered...
For the Chinese, you should be right... I didn't see any Navigator on Chinese TT web :

So what? They don't suggest no maps at all at the time. No even TT7 itself!
What are talking about?

Я вам русским языком объясняю: для карт с кодировкой "Юникод" могут использоваться только программы в "Юникод", и тех и других - в лданный момент по пальцам пересчитать можно. Программы и карты в АНСИ - несовместимы с Юникодом.

Repeat in English: You must use Unicode navcore to use Unicode maps - now we have as many of Unicode maps/navcore - as fingers on one hand. Else (ANSI encoded) maps and progs are not compatible with Unicode.

You'd better believe me - I will not suggest you more improvements (in spite of really having them) - don't see any sense to flood/flame about thing
