Overview: GPS Navigation Software for Windows Mobile based PDA/PNA devices and Smartphones featuring stunning 3D navigation with outstanding graphics of buildings, landmarks, and entire cities. This version has been extracted from iconX G400 PNA device and as usual, it has been patched to work both on PDA and PNA devices as well. This release also includes the latest Full EU 2008.7 Content.

Installation Instructions

1. Unrar the content of the archive onto your SD Card or device's internal flash drive
2. Open SYS.TXT file located in your IGO8 directory and add modify it as per the code below (for users running iGO from SD Card no modification's needed)
3. Launch the application either from the File Explorer or create a Program Shortcut (using i.e. Totalcmd CE)

NOTE: Not all devices use "Internal Storage" to identify it's internal flash drive. Especially users with localized versions of WM OS must change the Internal Storage name as per it's translation to local language i.e. Internal Storage in French version of WM6 will be "Stockage Interne". Check this with your File Explorer prior modifying your SYS.TXT

- Another Jun '09 update, ripped R3 PNA release patched to work both on generic PDA & PNA. As well as the previous release, this one is patched to work with the Generic WorldWide license.

I have installed this june version on my Touch HD (SD Card), Folder iGO8, but when I launch iGO8 app, it returns an error message : "Program application database cannot be found. Please insert original application SD card."
I probably did something wrong... :hardcry: Please help !
In sys.txt, there is :

I think your diamond has 480x640 or 480x800 resolution, look in data.zip if it has it, i am guessing not. Try another with your resolution. This newer version has it:

thanks I solved it by writing in sys.txt the wright path (i had a 8.0 ver. and named different )
I noticed that when i exit the program im losing the saved favorites and saved tracks , while in my pna , this doesnt happen ??? (the 8.0 keeps the saved)
Also i put two greek maps and one english and "sees" only one greek and the english one
???
im working on a diamond ...

the only promblem left unsolved with all versions of igo at my diamond is that i cant backup-restore my data from user data managment ... and i think im losing and favorites .

I similar issues trying to install IGo 8 on my XDA2. In the end I gave up.

I have just installed IGo Amigo - which is the newer version anyway, and that works perfectly!

I redownloaded everything, but I beleive you can use IGo 8 (v8.3) maps and voices, so you'll only need to download the application to get it up and running.

I wonder, why don't you get the latest version 8.3.2.97313 witch is a release for PDA like you have? I think it will work from beginning without this trouble. Just try it.

I have solved the problem I have removed the folder Save from my phone and then it worked, tnx everyone
