I tried on two different computers, each one with different internet connection without antivirus software installed nor firewalls to activate my new BB5 Box. I got an error message:

Read BB5 Box serial number ...
Authenticate with support server ...
Cannot connect to activation server
Please check your internet connection

I'm using BB5box software version 0.0.4.2 .

Please help.
