to install directly (OTA) over the air you need app call GOAruna ,you can see this link
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
it's All-in-one file storage for android ,you can download it free from the market ,and
open account with them free ,then
upload the apps from your computer or phone ,then
when you want to install app ,you just lunch the GOAruna from your phone and install over the air (OTA ).

ok i'am alredy installed but the problem is : i can't instaled directly from my phone (HTC Magic); apps install.apk can't install from SD Card.
How to solve this problem ?

from the phone hit menu =>settings =>applications =>mark the first (unknown sources)
and try again to install .apk
