I have one N/w which Have add 192.168.2.1 & i alleready use 250 host
I need another 250 address.\
If i created 192.168.3.1 would that give me 250 address?
& how to conncet them via core switch 2900

It depends on how you want to "connect" the networks together

The easiest way is as you say "creating" a new IP range, and perhaps "connecting" them via VLANs (may need to create a new VLAN)

What's the subnet mask?
If you're using a 24 bit mask - you can only have 254 usable hosts

Can you give us some more information on what you want to achieve?

if you have a L3 switch you can do VLAN and do inter-vlan via your L3 switch.

If you only have L2 switch just buy a router and do vlans on your switch.

IM planing to make networking here in my work we have almost 20 computers from my co workers so we need one connection. what kind of hub switch or spec for these and do i need more to connect to router? can you give an example criping lan cable design for network?
