i have recently rooted by HTc BRAND magic. 1.33.2010 Engineering SPL with Amon_RA's ROM after flashing some i am facing some problems can any one suggest solution.


1, before flasing the track ball was use to flash many times upone a missed call or unread message now its not flashing at all......

2, how i can sync my phone book numbers and data with gmail contacts or ms exchange can any one tell me step by step guide.

Did you just flash your phone with Amon_RA's recovery image? Or did you flash the recovery image and then flash a new ROM onto your phone?

I know that a lot of the modified ROM's out there won't allow the trackball to flash as they don't have that feature in the ROM. I believe that there is a fix out there for that.

As for sync'ing your contacts, all I did was link my gmail account (the one it asks you to setup when you first start the phone from new) and the changes get made automatically.

since i was having dreaded perfect spl so , i first flash the engineering SPL by gold card method and then flash the amon_ra rom onto phone, after that the blinking of track ball was not there on incoming call as well on missed call or message,

i had already tried that method for pushing the file lights.msm7k.su , but problem is that , trackball now blinking on incoming call OK..! but not blinking on missed call ( it was blinking before flasing ) , or SMS too , i tried the handscent software also but it also blink for 2 minutes max on missed call,

I need that option of keep on blinking track ball for missed call or message badly ....becaue of my needs is there any way .. any script like the one lights.msm7k.su... which we can upload and get the trackball blinking again on missed calls..
