you'll have to install the cab,
then copy the map to your storage card, and then patch the map with this tool:

Last thing you need is the voices. They should be around here on the forum somewhere.
I will take a look for you.

found the TomTom voices on another forum:

http://forum.ppcwarez.org/viewtopic.php?f=266&t=21483&p=422001

download link is at the end of the first post

To install the voices:

Create a map "voices" without the " in \Program Files\navigator\ on your phone
Put the voices you want in the voices map.

That should be it.

Connect your phone to your pc.
Be sure that the uk-map is on your sd-card.

From the easyusetools you have to use RunMeForDCT.
(If I am correct it will find your phone with TomTom 7.915 installed)

First select 1, press Enter
Then select 2, press Enter

wait a few seconds...
map is patched now

If that doesn't work then copy, from the uk-map, the *.meta file to the insert_meta_from_Map_here folder.
From the easyusetools you have to use RunMeForDCT.
( If it asks for your Devicenumber, you have to run TomTom navigator one time on your phone. It creates a *.bif file on your SD-Card. You can open this file with notepad. I thought that the fifth line contains your Devicenumber )

First select 1, press Enter
Then select 1, press Enter

There are 2 files now in the insert_meta_from_Map_here folder.
Copy these two files back to the uk-map.
Map is patched.

There is an option in your telephone-menu to accept all certificates.
I don't have the X1, but it should be somewhere in the menu.
Then the problem is solved.

Install the following...

SDKCerts - http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=184456&d=1242015636
And also Xperia Tweak - http://www.cliffords.nu/

Xperia tweak allows you to disable alot of the security warnings.

If you still have issues, I recommend you update your ROM, as it sounds like your network operator have locked your phone down a stupid amount. When I bought mine in Feb, it had the stock Vodafone ROM, and that was absolutely terrible and would stop me from doing anything... Get the R3A ROM on there from SE - Sorted :)

Guides for ROM flashing can be found here

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=446070

ROM's from HERE

*I take no responsibility if you brick your phone from doing any of the ROM updates*
