I have checked it my self this time and the info.plist says that it is Europe version 1.2

How do I install it on a jailbroken 3G with OS 3.1.2? Installous says 'unable to decompress archive'.

It should work with Installuos, just taking a while since the ipa is quite big.

You can more easily install using iTunes: to be able to do that just install from Cydia Appsynch 3.1 (cydia.hackulo.us repo).
Then load the file in iTunes and synch as normal

But I suspect that the file you got is corrupetd since you can't install from Installous. Try to download again or get it from another source
