And which is better.. appsync3.0 or intalld patch?

The repo you are looking for is hackulous... add "[Only registered and activated users can see links] . hackulo . us/" to your cydia repositories.. without the quotes and spaces..

next install appsync.. that is better and much more stable.. version 3.0 not 3.1 which was just released.. unless of course you are running 3.1 and it is jailbroken.. the numbers after the app name is referring to the firmware version not the application.
