I've just figure out that it could be fun to have application that will switch device build-in accelerometer settings.

Here is simple application switching that setting made by me.

Maybe someone will find it useful.

If you want your language in this application just translate this content of Accel_Switch.txt and send to me. I'll compile and update application.

Please reply on witch devices it is working (if it's working on any :roll: )

Confirmed compatibility with phones: Nokia E52, 5800 XM, 5530 XM, 6210 Navi, N86.
I have prepared special version for Nokia E66.

I'm still working on version for phones N95/N95-8GB, N82.

well.. on my E66 there is different address for this value (for other FP1 too I guess). I'm trying find it for FP1 phones.. for now it's working only for FP2 I guess.

I've made it working on my E66.. I need some files from N95, N95 8GB and N82 so I can make it for those devices..
I need some files from hacked N95, N95 8GB, N82 to investigate, so if anyone can provide them I'll try make this app for those phones.
need:
1. all files from z:\private\10202be9\
2. all files from c:\private\10202be9\persists
now change option in your phone settings (if you have auto rotation on turn it of.. if you have on turn it off and exit settings)
3. again all files from c:\private\10202be9\persists but store them to other folder (I need to know witch files changed).

When I'll have those files I can check if it will be working..

When you say change sensor settings do you mean turn it on and off or actually change parameters of the accelerometer function? (that would be cool).

it is just a shortcut for the "enable auto-rotating" settings (am i right?)
