I have mutated checkzips into checkarcs to handle both rar and zip sets :)
Titles containing either a zip or rar set are now comprehensively tested and handled.
This is 'biased' towards 0-day/PDA/EBook/Dox/ISO Apps but will also handle any release having a group nfo like NDS/PSP, as well as file_id.diz

checkzips no longer exists and is replaced by checkarcs.

RAR Completeness Checking routine

NOZIPS section will also now move any 'null' title; i.e.:- not containing a zip or rar, to value of INCDIR if MOVEINC is YES

The logic is --

NOZIPS section (optional)
a) Has title got rar or zip ? --yes-- ignore
b) Has title not got rar or zip ? --yes-- log
c) Has title not got rar or zip ? --yes-- optional move to INCDIR if MOVEINC is YES and log


checkzips main section
a) ZIPs handled normally
b) Has rar set got an NFO + DIZ in it? --yes-- test normally
c) Has rar set got an NFO ? --yes-- test using COMPRAR
d) Has rar set got no NFO + DIZ in it? --yes-- test as UNCHECKED (move to INCDIR optional)

So if the rar set passes b), c) it is deemed to be 'complete' and 'uncorrupt'
For d) the set is treated as an 'unknown'; i.e.:- no NFO or DIZ in the archive

Works well so far with my testing, any bugs please let me know :)
