this comes up when u have alreday entered th ewrong code 5 times, now u have to take it to the professional unlocker who will unlock it via cable

plz dont give your network provider, rather give the provider who locked the phone.. like if u have the fone in Portugal but was locked by T-Mobile USA, then mention T-Mobile USA in your request
