Another solution is change the PA at number 5 arrow

I have nokia 6100 previously displays enter restriction code,there i flash.In a UI option it doesnt finish the process and write, Int normal mode failed,no sim card.It work but doesnt display so what the solution?or what am i going to do inorder to boot in normal mode?help me plz!!!

This problem is often because the dry joints of cobba (#20 in above) ic remove the ic n check, Good luck
