what mean box activation fail?
why?

U need to activate your Griffin BoX by sending areq.bin files to support@gsm-ms.com and activation files will resend to you to update ur Griffin Box

support@gsm-ms.com will NOT process registrations any longer since end 30th April 2003.

You MUST see this post for a chance to still register to get *.Gak Box Activation file.

Note: all Griffin boxes purchased now should be sold already activated!

When updating your box, the update file must NOT have read-only attribute!

i'm a new user for griffin 1986 can anyone teach how to use this software,and by the way i have download 8310 flash file V6.20 buy on the flasher it say cannot open current file,why?

Uncheck the Read only Files attributes ...
