The MCU and PPM is a same file for Chinese version..

The Chinese Version for 3650 is ver 2.20 NHL-8 NHL83022.0C4 , MCU PPM is same..

If u flash by Griffin 1.986 tricks: untick MCU and just flash PPM save your time because Chinese Version 3650/7650 MCU PPM is same... worked and tested 100% save ur time to reflash TWICE!!!! and when after flash proccesing just pwer on ur phone manually and "RESET TO FACTORY" not more than 1sec very fast..

Normally FFFF9000 is connection problem... check your cable,if still no help try to change your LPT port to Bi-Directional Setting in Bios,
