For me I downgrade 3650 with Griffin, after that phone don't turn on, I reflash it with correct version and it's working! Mobileman renner 15th May 2003, 21:33 first check your cable, and re-flash it with griffin v1.983 and upgrade your box with 3650.gpd and check manual mode, select you MCU (***C1) and PPM. it will using auto power and start erasing....... flashing... update you FAID.
