is it possible to modify 2100 flash ? Like say start up tone slideshow and etc

ya it is posible!cause it is dct3 phone

any idea how to modify?

It is an DCT-3 phone But its decoded picture's like an 6210

I modified but only the ringtone message alert tone it successful.

i only sucess on startup tone and additional ringtone

any else have a good idea? post here!

just use hex graph to change the bitmap!

just use flsedit to open your file and save your file again cause it will correct your checksume!

your COMCT232.ocx is missing
install it..
find it somewhere here in the forum
if the problem still occured
that means your comct232 is not registered

try this in your Start->Run
regsvr32.exe COMCT232.ocx

place your COMCT232.ocx in your windows>system folder
type regsvr32.exe<space>COMCT232.ocx in Start>run
thats all

or just download this little batch file and double click
(better place COMCT232.ocx in system)

and this batch file can be edited if you want to register oter ocx file or dll file
just open it in notepad and replace COMCT232.ocx to other ocx or dll file

I can change the bitmap for 3310 but fail for 2100 using 2100Flsedit

for 2100 using flsedit i encounter 2 things
1st dont add more than 41 ringtones
else u wont get composed tones
and only 48 tones will be visible

about bitmaps can you tell me what happened?
changing startup logos will make the startup logo screwed up
others i have no problems

after flash try using eeprom tools by B-Phreak any version

i use NWorkshop that use dejan box to update
you have to convert flash file to dejan format if wanna use NWorkshop

i try to change the menu bitmap, example replace a message bitmap(ID:181) with cartoon bitmap. i save the file then open the bitmap, the cartoon bitmap lost, a black bitmap result

for ringtone, i success to add it

actually using flsedit u cant replace graphics
but draw it...

but theres a trick
first open it using hexworkshop and change NAM-2 to any oter nmp, ie: NAM-2 to NHM-2(3410) then save it.
edit the bitmaps using ppmedit( by tnp )
then save
after that change back to NAM-2...dont forget to update CRC and/or kill faid

and now theres a new software
that is SECTONE PRO by eleoson
now he is giving it free
