hi to upload file in your phone you need rolis 4.78 or other flasher for reparing you need nokia tool 1.8 or eeprom tool 4

Not all DCT3 phone can be repaired via direct virgin eeproms using the flashing software that we see nowadays.. for phone with external eeprom ic you will be needing a programmer.

yes u can,u need a dct 4 cable,a program and a

flash file.

if you are just a user, i think you need to go to your nearest phone store, but if you are a retailer i think you need prodigy or griffin to flash your 6610.
