i'm using a laptop to read 10pcs of 3310 the result come out After write back you will get Contact Service!!!!...and then i try a same way with a desktop...completely no problem.....

You for write using a adapt mcu and ppm file for your telephone , if use mcu of nhm5 and ppm of nhm6 the result is CONTACT SERVICE .

maybe problem in eeprom.. u can try after flash get contact service then change the imei use noktol.

i'm not having problem with contact service. i'm just having problem on when it read fullflash to laptop it will pop up save box it's?

i'm saying before pop up the save box, it will pop up an error saying After write back you will get Contact Service!!!!...

i have try with rolis 4.71,4.77 and 4.78

but i try it on my desktop is totaly no problem.....it works fine!

i think is simcard be rejected

is it the phone upgrade before?

Of course he is using rolis. Try to click option and choose setup menu. In that menu clik other. In LPT setup increase the value until u got no error in your backup flash files. Default value is 2. If u've tried tell me the result.
