Whats new in WisBar Advance Desktop v.2.6.0.15 Beta 4:
* Fixed a bug where plugins were still not displaying correctly.
* Fixed a bug where creating items via the start menu shortcuts created them offscreen. They will now be created in the upper-left corner.
* Made a change to reduce memory usage. Please be aware that I know that this makes the program run slightly slower.
* Made a change to work with Accuweather's new XML format so that the weather information is still up to date.
* Fixed a bug where exporting themes was broken.
