my 8310 can charge but cant turn on..
i already flash it with griffin also cant turn my phone on...

Connect phone to griffin box, start software, click serial -> phone tests-> normal mode -> execute, and if your phone power up after tests are executed, you may need to replace power switch, or check PWRONX line to UEM.Check R 301 for open circuit, it must be 4.7kohm

b4 do anything better check ur on/off swicth...if cant try to use tornado flash it.
