Got Nokia 3100, by mistake I flashed phone incorectly and now phone works good but has a permanent banner on screen and no wakeup banner or any other messages are read, BLACK SCREEN in the midlle .

Have you tried to flash the phone again with a new flashfile?

Have you also tried to usse OPM to get the wakeup logo back? Or to copy the contents from another 3100 to yours to see if you get the correct logos?

do a full manual flash with the correct firmware and it should bring it back to life. i just had a 6230 error out just after it erased ppm. on power up it just black screen with white border round it. done a full manual flash with mcu. ppm and cp and all was well again

1.use erese file
2. flash mcu+ppm
3.unlock
4.reset
5. flash pm

and works
