you must setting the infrared,fist go to setting properties and setting the advanced . i got this problem b4!!

i have the same problem the software
doesn't support sending tones throw ir connection till now

for win98 or xp - Go to infrared monitor-option-limit connection speed-set the speed to 9600kbps !!

If still can't work try to change os...ME

It work for me ! remmember always get the latest IR driver Install !

Your need to install the nokia software>You can get the cd come from phone

first install ir drivers
then connect ir port
then install mordem of it
then after install s/w like mobiMB media browser
or pc suit or OPM2 etc...
