hi people please help me...
my Toshiba satellite laptop restarts everytime when i plug in the charger..
but it runs fine in battery and in Safe mode it runs fine even with charger plugged in...
but in windows it keeps on restarting....
i have tried formatting and re installing windows... but no change... same problem...
gave my laptop store... he saya nothing can be done and just charged my service charge 500 rupees...
So please help me guys....

sir, I think you have to give it to the service center. There is nothing you can do when "trial and error"-ing on power problem.

first try to set defult the BIOS
try to check output ur charger
