Sorry man stupied me . when primo installed i had out of memory error that is the reason i renamed igo8 folder and sys in pna version.

now you need to fix sys text line like that

remove save folder run again . all will work

remember: before the install you need to change sys text line Speicherkarte

if you install already you need to edit both sys

I have installed the varjomies v8.3.4.142975 version on my sd card using a samsung i780 phone and it works very well. the only problem I have is if I exit the program and then restart it, it boots up, then shuts down then restarts, and then shuts down again, and keeps going like this until I turn the phone off. When i turn the phone off and on again, the first run is good again.Can anybody suggest a solution please, as I am otherwise very impressed with the program.

I downloaded varjomies verson .. And THANKYOU :triodance: I have now finaly managed to get Igo v8.3 working on my PDA. It is an Ipaq 212 Enterprise. I was always able to get iGO 8.0 working but never 8.3 for some reason. The Australia Map that ran on 8.0 was very out of date. Now I can use the latest R17.1 AU map. :dance: So once again thanks for uploading this May 2010 8.3 version that I can get to work. :thanks:

Hi, first of all igo8 works on my HTC hd2 perfect, except one issue. My problem is when searching some addresses to navigate. After some time, entering in the find address page, it writes "Ä" character infinately. I think it has something to do with backlight settings, when I change to always on then it all happens!

Delete speedcam folder content and try again. After it starts, and it will, look for a speedcam txt smaller, just the countries you need, not whole Europe or else...

I uninstalled IGO8, and did everything what you said, and failed. I must be doing something silly mistake. I will leave without IGO8 for a few days,then I back to try. I appreciate the attention and post here if I make the install.

No matter what I do behaviour is strange and there are several different very annoying alerts. They start 1000m before speedcam. Behaviour is very odd and alerts type varies. I mean that alert is not same every time. I have few different themes and the behaviour is the same with all of them.

Hi, I'm also having a similar problem to one of the peeps here.. When I run Igo8 for the first time, all is ok.. But when I exit and re-run it for the second time, it would just load and reset igo8, and keep repeating this progress over and over until I pull the battery out.. I'm using Omnia i900... Varjomies, what do you mean? I was just driving with my friend who has Nokia E52 with free Nokia Voice Navigation and it only alerted when speedcam was in the same side of the road where we were driving. Do you mean that you are creating such a speedcam list for IGO8?

If I have understood right the last 2 parameters in SpeedCamText.txt file should be be direction information:

X,Y,TYPE,SPEED,DirType,Direction

Do you know if there are other databases or Navigation SW for Photonav which have this information already available and working? I can use other than IGO8 when I am not navigating and I only want a reminder alert for the speedcams.

got this file, but cannot see the Use2Drotate, use2dheadup, smart zoom or 3d Car model buttons. I'm using the normal skin, but get an error when trying to load skin. using sys.txt provided.

Edit: I've seen post 12 and it didn't help.

Edit2: fiddled around a bit, not sure what i did, but now I can load skins and can see all the settings. Excellent.

After running iGo8 it says your maps are outdated.And after that it hangs up at main screen at LANGUAGES option at bottom. My phone is mwg atomv with 240x320 resolution...Any help?

Have you running primo, if you have we need to add sys text or you must rename igo8 folder and exe.
check igo8/content /skin remove skins
sure you device.nng root of sd card .

1. times it takes long . next time will start quickly . If still contunie igo8/content/speedcam
leave only speedcam.tex. remove other . remove save folder. igo8/save.
run again will start quickly.
