after unlock phone said startup failure.
flashed,unlocked again and again.
any ideas on this?

what software & version r u using? what is the initial problem? simlock? water damage? if the pcb look very clean&new, please flash fone with 100% working firmware and see if it is ok.

hi try to erase Pmm then flash the phone then write a good pmm back to phone and you phone will work 100%

Try to flash with another higher version afer flash ready, get unlock the phone. then rewrite new PMM file

use 3k3 cable, go to local mode and full factory reset

try to flash it with ccserase, then flash it with a new firmware, then format user area, set full factory.

check imei.

change uem and reflash than write rpl.
