-Never Plug dongle in pc before installing drivers.
-Never flash S300 with S300M flash, or S300M with S300 flash.
-Never flash xxx0 or xxx5 with xxx8 flash, for example, dont flash N620 with N628 flash or N628 with N620 flash.
-Never flash S105 with S100 flash, and S100 with S105 flash.
-Never do any change in smart card update file, your dongle will be damaged for ever.
-Never run UST pro when "SE Fighter" dongle is connected to USB port,and never run "SE Fighter" when UST Pro dongle is connected to USB port.

I have this meassege when open the program: Box error: 032 Calibration fault Please calibrate box. but when i press calibrate the program shut down. Can someone tell me what wrong with my box or the solfware.

When I ran the UST2_106.exe I got this error: "Box error: 032 UST Pro II Device Calibration; Please calibrate your box!"

When, I click on the Calibrate Box. It pop another box asking if the LED light up, and give me an option to choose yes or No, but when I try to click on the option it disappear. I try it few times but I was not able to choose the options. It seems the application did not response. I also try the previous version and it did the same thing.

What can I do to resolve this?

The solution: In Device manager>Ports(Com&LPT)>UST Pro II Port
Make sure both UST Pro II Port COM ports fall between 1-12 COM ports.

hello help mi now i can install UST Pro2 1.06b. Open program and if can open i cannotwhen use the program close. Program 1.02 it walks well!!!!

Just got in the door today my UST Pro II white update box bought from I-Phone this week.

However after install of drivers etc. main program 3.01 does not detect the box at all. Please see attached screen shot

Furthermore the XP Pro installation is a clean installation done today, and the serial number reader can read the box, but main program cannot.

After install of drivers box is detected and box drivers e-gate drivers installs!

What's been done so far

1: Un install of drivers and reinstall of drivers several times
2: Installation on a different computer also with XP, get same fault, box not found. (see screen shot)
3: All manuals in regards to installation followed.
4: All files downloaded from you support page today.
5: Computer is of course using USB 2.0
6: Serial reader can read the box regardless of main program is started or not (See screen shot)
7: All connections in device manager checked and found working (seen in screen shot as well)
8: I get same message with version 3.0 which was first version to support update white box.
9: Have tried also on a clean install of Win2000 with SP4, get same message.
10: All different solutions have been applied, like regional settings etc etc etc
11: Both E-gate and box drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled several times seperatly as suggested on both XP Pro and Win2000, still with same result, box not found.
12: Systems I've tested on so far:
A: 1.8 GHZ P4 512MB XP Pro
B: 3.2 GHZ P4 1 GB RAM XP Home
C: 3.2 GHZ P4 1 GB RAM Win2000
D: 500 MHZ P3 256MB Win2000

I look forward to a solution to this little problem

Nope nothing. Still no solution from IPmart customer support on this issue, exept they told me today to send box back, as they said "smartcard may have been put wrongly"

Now I have to pay money for something which have not been working since day one, since it was sent faulty from the start, hows that for support.

And no answers from support here in the forum either, ok I know theres support tickets, but anyway, forget it.

run the drivers exe again !!!
all will be ok !!!!
this usually happens when u install other smartcard based software like cruiser , infinity etc etc

As for you recommendations

1: Yes, "update.dat" (1kb) downloaded from folder "update box" in official support and have always been in same directory with main exe file

2: Yes, those drivers has been installed as well, and it's the old UST Pro dongle, not normal UST dongle! Thats why I have bought white update box, and not normal UST Pro II box!

3: And I've also tried with new main exe from 5th of October, same result.

So, back to square one again :(

has any1 managed to solve problem where loading module begins and gets just past half way before it just shuts down? i had the program loaded once but havent been able to get it loaded again. tried reinstalling everything, even from clean windows install to reinstalling drivers over top of already installed drivers (v3) and it still wont completely load the program.. Please, if any1 has anymore suggestions it would be greatly appreciated..

This is my problem after installing a new ver of app:

I tryed to reinstal the drivers more than once but nothing helps, is uses com ports 3 and 4

i use the V4,40 and try to unlock E370 but i get answer TIME OUT dosnt matter what i do always time out.
Can any one help???
i use E700 cable according to UST pre cable finder it should be correct cable.

thanks but it is very strange that on the UST Pro finder when you chose E370 coming up that use E700 , i will try and let you know , is it the same with e380?? D500 cable??

yes the phones is brand new , i disconnect the phone and test it the phone works and try it again same think and then i try V,312 and that one didnt work iether but with that version i could read the code.
i think Mr Vahid should check this one why it dosnt work

I bought UST PRO 2 from ipmart and I can't register it on official support [Only registered and activated users can see links] It gives me following message:

"Sorry, The Activation Code is already Activated"

I tryed to register on ipmart support and there is no any problem with registration but i want to register also on official support.

I have many problems when using the box UST-PRO2.
After installing the software of the UST PRO2. I want to use the software CRUISER, but the computer is blocked. (The computer is restarted)

He/she has many conflicts with other software that SCARD uses.

Please repair this flaw.

every time that I want to use the box cruiser the computer it is restarted.
alone I have connected the box cruiser, I never connect at the same time the two boxes.

Dear Mr.:

I have problem when using the box UST-PRO2 V5.01 BETA.

I have installed in my computer the boxes: CRUISER (CP) BOX, PKEY BOX, SMART-CLIP+SCARD, BOX FINISHES LIGHT, POLAR BOX2. All the boxes are working well without problem 100%.
None of these boxes has problem of DRIVER with the other boxes.

When installing the box UST-PRO2 it shows a message that he/she says: Not to INSTALL ANOTHER BOX OR DEVICE after this installation. That is to say that the box UST-PRO2 should be installed of I finish. The other boxes or Software don't show this message and they don't have any problem among them.

To install the Software and the box UST-PRO2 of I finish it is IMPOSSIBLE because all the software is modernized day by day, all the people installing the new versions of the software are constantly. New software and box are also constantly appearing.

I am seeing in several FORUMS that many people have problems with the DRIVER after installing the box UST-PRO2.

ALL WE ARE WAITING A SOLUTION FOR NOT HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE DRIVER WITH THE OTHER BOXES THAT WE HAVE INSTALLED.

I ATTEMPT MANY TIMES UNINSTALL/INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AND THE DRIVER COMPLETELY, BUT THIS DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

I have Problem after carrying out the following thing:
1. - to install the Software: OK
2. - to connect the box UST-PRO2 to the port USB: OK
3. - to install the DRIVER: OK
4. - to execute the software (For I Unblock or to Repair): OK
5. - to close the Software: OK
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6. - when connecting another box like being later: (CRUISER/PKEY-BOX/ULTIMA-BOX) the computer the DRIVER requests for these boxes that were already installed before again. After having installed the DRIVER of all the boxes again, when executing the software of some of these boxes the computer it is restarted. It shows the name of a file that should be modernized or replaced for other but new.

7.- When connecting the box again UST-PRO2 the DRIVER he/she requests again and of there the computer is restarted from now on and it begins the conflicts of DRIVER.

OTHER PROBLEMS:
1. - the box UST-PRO2 the model E356 cannot unblock
2 -. The box UST-PRO2 not this unblocking the pattern well X686. The software shows the message that the I unblock it was correct, but the telephone continues blocked.
PLEASE REPAIR THIS ERROR.

SUGGESTION:
1.- To install several boxes and to check that the box UST-PRO2 doesn't have conflict of DRIVER with the other boxes.
2.- To include inside the Software the type of the cable for each telephone pattern. (All the other software shows the cable type when choosing the telephone pattern).

PLEASE SOLVE THIS ERROR.

PS.
When a software works to 100% well all the people they buy it, but if a software has flaws or driver problems people they stop to buy it.

I DON'T have any other cell phone tool installed, yet I still can't get any S/W version from 5.05 to 5.25_R2 to work. They all lock up at the language selection screen, with a picture of Africa. There's no button to press, no change of focus on the mouse arrow. It just locks up there. If the dongle is disconnected, I get a different error, that it's not found.

PLEASE tell me what to do or what to try! The older versions of the S/W (that don't support the D900i) do work.

Do I have a setting I need to change (Lang default is US English)? All the COM ports seem OK.

Or do I have a defective UST-PRO2? I bought it from UnlockCellular--one of your resellers.

I THINK I might have figured it out...I believe the wide-format screen settings on my personal PC and laptop is the problem--I tried installing on my office PC and a button appeared at the bottom of the language screen. The office PC has the standard 4:3 ration screen.

But now it won't recognize the D900i phone, and I'm using the D800 cable.

I'm not sure of what commands to issue--I want to get to the lowest level firmware and rebuild that...

Now the question is: How do you use the UST-PRO2, and what do each of the buttons and commands do? What's the order for COMPLETELY rebuilding a phone, or just flashing it (like you do with the 9volt battery serial cable).

I am using the new version of ust pro v5.66, most phones unlock phone fine, however the new model phones are not being found by the software.

models include : sam t329 , sam t219, sam kit t719, and t729
all models show in the product list as being supported.

t219: phone not detected
T729 : status bar at bottom moves very quickly, and Timeout occurs
t719: status moved very quick then times out

please help with above models:
t319 works ok
e105 ok
xc427 ok

Hello!

I have a problem with version 5.65 and 5.66 (cant instal to working)
The version 5.60 is working fine and there is any problem but when i try to install a upgrade for my USTPRO2 with ver 5.65 or 5.66 it dont work.
The ser.no. is readed fine but the main software ishawe always some mistakes and can't started.
I tryed to reinstal win XP and there is no result!
please help me to upgrade ver 5.60 to ver 5.66
