I have bought original griffin and updating frequently with available updates. It was working fine. But now it stop detecting any phone, the communication between PC and Box is ok and it shows activation ok and serial no etc. but not detecting any phone.

please any help, solution or suggestion.

It is not giving any error code , after clicking DETECT PHONE button after some time it give msg trying autopower etc and a window appear USER ACTION and says Griffin failed to communicate with the phone, and did'nt autopower! PowerOn phone and press YES to continue etc etc
But phone is not powering up after pressing the ON button of the mobile set.

I have same problem with Radical in last few days. phone not turn on when press power buttom. i can only detect one of a 6510 phoned.
Can anybody please help

I have tried it with other phones and also by pressing the power button and of course checked the power adapter as well. It was working fine but suddenly making problem.
Is there any problem with the voltage from griffin box to power on the phone.

Looks like we have got the exact problem. can u remember what is the last phone u have flash?
because it kill the last phone i flash.
