u need to installl the shell first bro.. i.e. SPB Mobile Shell... search for it.. its posted in v5 apps section...

it essentially needs your phone to be hacked so that you can see the system files and edit them using any file xplorer.

you extract the files in MemCard\Others\SPBShell
No need to have yoour phone hacked.
if the folder doesn't exist create it. Works fine on mine 5800 Unhacked.
