I cant flash 3650 from 2.50 to 4.13. I've tried many times but without success. I can flash to v2.50 regulary. With v4.13 phone cant turn on (no 4 times blink, nothing). Then I flash with 2.50 and everything is ok. Is solution with 3.3k (4.8k) resistor or somthing else (new folder with MCU, PPM)? :?:
