Hmmm... JDownloader is a program for windows and it's available for free.
Search the web with google an you'll find what you search for.

PS: I would care more about all wishes if I could but sadly the creator of this thread cares a true sh*t for it.

haven't checked the link but once you download required flashing files and applications you won't need internet connection.
