milan,what i mean is for explane: if i start work at 10.00am to 11.00pm at night is there a app that can work out how many hours i have work?

If you can access the internet from work here is a simple website that should do the trick

Alternatively, you could keep track with a simple database app (created in OO Base, or MS Access), or with a spreadsheet.
