Hi there, is it the same midi or diffrence? Cause each midid files has their own vol. setting when the author compose it. That's why some midi is loud and some are soft. If that is the same midi, maybe is the enviroment, Cause when u are in some place quiet or small then the ringtone is loud. But when u are in the open air place, the ringtone will be soft.
Hope this will help.

By the way, Actually u can test it urself. First try to listen to ur ringtone inside ur room. Then walk out of ur romm to the big hall of ur house or out of ur house to an open air place and listen to it again. Then u'll know what I meant.

I read somewhere that the low ringing volume on 3650/60 is a common problem even with brand new h/p and it's not caused by sw or anything. even if we have adjusted the ringing volume to the max, it will sometimes sound so soft we can't hear it ring! the only way out of it is to turn VIBRATE on. sure is a battery drainer....
