I think you should have a better business strategy, and get someone else as backup staff in case of vacation time, so that customers will not wait that long. Im not playing with my N-Box firmware, I read all info from i-phone.org, how to upgrade the N-Box firmware and followed them, but now I found that your informations regarding such upgrade are incomplete and misled because it did not mention that your staff is on vacation, and all customers should expect more tha a fortnight to upgrade the firmware of N-Box if someone needs to. I asked all possiblities, but the way how you handled support is not good enough and your management should get back to the table and discuss a solution to make sure your information for customers are complete and well setup. It's not a good excuse to just inform the customers that the person in charge is on vacation. This is unprofessional support!
