Trying to flash a 6310i with 5.51
Griffin 2.08 loaded
power supply@10v
Heres the drill
Initializing Phone...
Boot and Flash loaders operation took 5.079000 seconds
Erasing - erase took 79.106004 seconds
Flashing MCUFlashing FAILED
Make sure phone is connected and powered!
ErrCodes: [DE:3451]
Nothing changed between erase and flash.
What do I do now?

Change a version of FIA flash files

To what? I thought the new all everything installer took care of that. If not which files do I need. I appreciate the answer but it doesn't provide any solution.

Try FIA Flash files 351 wih griffin 2.03.
It works for me.

Tried the 3.51 but don't have the 2.03, used the 2.082 and same error code.
Also getting confused about what griffin should look like now.
3.51 TIAs were replaced by earlier models using the ALL EVERYTHING installer.
Is there a document which explains the proper sequence of installation.
Which installer with which updates in what order??

Running a dedicated machine winme. Works well on other phones except at times cannot sense phone that is powered up as being powered.
Would xp be a better choice??

running good under 98se, me and xp.....
but if you wanna use crusader, you must run under xp.

Finally i used Griffin 2.07 and flashed phones succesfully.
I think the new griffin 2.082 has some buggs.

for your information 2.0861 version you can flash it the version you are using is too old..
maybe your box is clone then u use the old version
if your box already update to new version the old version will no more works

if yes then try to use the old version which 2.086 and upload with the gu for 2.086 which u have it
