Then use Registry Cleaner :idea:

first the virus must be removed or quarantined
only then the register keys can be removed
most probably only in safe mode

you can try reg-cleaners , but only if the virus is gone

dont reboot untill the virus is gone
its the virus that causes the block , to protect itself
not only in register but usually also in folders and files
once you reboot and the virus is still alive , its all back again

cj basflt no need to start a fight ok i fix the problem i install windows again its all gone. what i was saying is that i went to this site [Only registered and activated users can see links] and i got the avast antivirus program i install it a it work fine but when i uninstall it in did not want to uninstall it give a error message i got it of the pc but the registry key refuss to delete that why i ask for some help i think it was some kind of malware are spyware so i just wipe my pc clean thanks for all your help i am doing my updates know so see you later 007up.:thanks::partyman:

After restart, you have an icon in "Taskbar" reffering to Automatic Updates... Turn that OFF!

To turn it off completely and for good do as follows:
1. Go into Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
2. Highlight the service called "Automatic Updates". You will know when you have the correct one because you will see a description about it telling you what it does.
3. Right click once highlighted and click stop to terminate the service.
4. Right click on it again and go to Properties. Half way down the first tab there is "Startup Type:" change this to disabled.
Congratulations. You have now disabled Automatic Updates service. Not only will this make certain the service won't run, but by disabling it properly you are freeing up system resources as they won't be diverted to running a service that you don't use.
