Support for flashing on new versions of WD2 phones from Nokia.
Changed processing of griffin.ini so the language descriptions or NHL-10 are shown.

Note: On very slow PCs this version may have problems booting the phone. Griffin team has solution to this but this solution will be release along with the next version of Griffin.

Some of the areas we research for the new version:
1. Speed optimization - There are some glitches in the Protocol for flashing, and those can be optimized to make flashing with Griffin even faster.
2. Since the phones get more and more complicated, there is need for extended support for phone tuning, depending on the region the phone will be used in ( Europe, Asia….)
