i have a 3650 with phone start up failed.i've flashed it with several versions but it keeps coming up with phone start up failed even after format user area says ok. i have read in many posts that modification of cable might solve this problem. but my cable seems to be all right as flashin other fones gives good result with same cable.

i have tried flashing the phone with set full factory checked and unchecked.but still start up failed.i even tried to erase mcu & ppm with erase flash 4 3650 before flashing with several versions but phone still gives start up failed

Flsh with CCSerase first but use as PPM!!!!!
Then Flash COMBO flash!!!!!
Then flash MCU+PPM with any version!!!!!
then Format user area!!!
Then all done!!!!

you'll need the modified cable, because the phone will not go into local mode. tested on two units of 3650.
