After i flash the PM files to the RH-38 v4.xx i forgot the version, the phone blink and can not power on. i try to write the PM file again, but shows

Write PM Failed
HELP

i click erase flash and the flash new MCU and PPM and PM and Full UI defaults, UI Factory Defaults, Full Factory Defaults, Software Upgrade Defaults, Reset User Locks, Init Simlock and Reboot in Normal Mode. But i don't have signal. What should i do next?

No i mean i read the old topics regarding those blink blink problem, so i click ERASE FLASH and then flash MCU and PPM an the PM (EEPROM) and click all the UI settings (Full UI defaults, UI Factory Defaults, Full Factory Defaults, Software Upgrade Defaults, Reset User Locks, Init Simlock and Reboot in Normal Mode) to the phone, now the phone can be on and it won't blink anymore, but there is no network and the product code of the phone is gone

Hi!

PM is Permanent Memory
this is part of the phone's eeprom. You can make your own PM files from good working phone, and upload it to wrong ones. But be carefull because you can damage your phone with it, so don't use it if you don't know what you are doing!

why do u need pm file for. usually, when doing flashing, u just have to flash mcu, ppm and ctn files only. unless u change the network filters. then u have to use the pm after u erase the mobile.
