evendo im using streamyz its feels slow sometimes. maybe so many ppl using it at once

but then its small thing nothin to worry.

the best solutions is to avoid the server down is to be online in the early moring ....thats the perfect time to downloads ...because when everybody is sleeping ...while u're downloading..ehhee :lol:

It does vary from time to time. Yes the best time to download varies also. Many members are from asia,malaysia so for me in europe best time for downloads is when your all sleeping ! :-) if its slow as or worse just come back in a while and it should be back to speed :-) its always worth the wait as iphone forum the best ! :-) :-) :-)

yeah dmoe is right...the best time to download is when most of us are sleeping at night....hehehe.

MaN all dudes are right i tried many times on an 115 kbps line to access ur page with no success and now also ur server is so slow that none of the smilies have been seen by me the whole day Please HELPPP MODERATORS

we can´t do nothing about it ajai_dev.
only administrator i-phone can solve this problem which unfortunatly is becoming more frquent.

The reason can not be on the forum ajai_dev.. u may have some adaware or other virus "anything" on ur comp... it does cause slow browser loading and others stuff too... I dont have any problem browsing the forum and all the smilies are there..

Likewise generally :-) other factors can affect your browsing experience such as described by kassad above... The iphone server is ok now and running correctly...

Things were a tad erratic the last few days but were pretty much on an even keel again now.. Loading speeds etc should be about back to normal..

I have a DSL connection but i still find this site very slow.So i can only imagine how the dial-up ppl must be finding it.I am more worried about trying to upload large files.Was planning to upload a full-movie in smartmovie but decided against it since it was taking forever.There are a few ways to speed up the site
1, Divide it into more sections and smaller posts.Undoubtably the lag is because of thousands of users trying to search together.If it is more organised(for eg. software compatible with 7610,3230,6630...)like that it will be better.I know it is humongous to verify which works with each but we are all here to help . :) .Many will have double posts.But in that case we can supply a link instead of a file.

2, divide the smartmovie section genre wise.It is getting huge.The files are larger.All those lucky japanese users with their t3 connections have a easier time with naruto files...not us poor DSL'ers.

if we split all the big topics into several topics it will be very hard for users to find them. maybe the forum would be a bit faster but not sigificantly.

i would like 2 suggest to the mods.. delete all the topics which ull lock... there r few threads tht r unimportant... delelte instead of lockin and leavin it idle..... it will keep the forum clean and fast...... 8)

unimportant topics go to trash for later to be deleted by administrator. but some topics get full of spam so we lock them but don´t trash them because thye may countain usefull information for other users.
