as long as your box have serial number BUT must be original then is no problem for you???
if you already have then you can sell it to others..lol..

not only you i have plastic box too which buy long time ago.... then your box can be updated....don't worry....

the most important is the Griffin MCU Must be original no metter what box u are using

I can't require my friends and my students for stopping this work!!!!
