i have problem using the UFS2 ATRZ 1.6a , when i click connect , the software won't allow me to click the READ MEM, FLASH MCU, FLASH LANG, INIT LOCKS, INIT SECBLK, RESTORE SA. (All are in Grey colour-wouldn't allow me to click at all)

But i can click the CHARGER ON, MON ON and the cO.
