Change with the Hot air gun with the same size of cap and the tempreature should be medium change very carefully sometimes it damages other spares :)

Warning
You must remove before the black glue, else the UEM or/and the bord will be dommaged

But how can I remove this black glue. When I try to remove it the pins from board are removed too. Help
