best thing you can do is to browse online shops and check specifications of available boards
it must match ;
-your socket-type [ i believe its 775 , ] find out !
-two or more DDR banks
-SATA and IDE connections
then when you made a choice , you hunt for the case
that must match the built-form of the board
example
my local shop has 69 boards with 775socket
in 3 build-forms ; ATX , uATX and miniITX
that is the only way to find what you need
board must match CPU and RAM
then look for case that matches board

you asked this on other forums too
im not from India , so i dont know what is for sale there
in my opinion , brand doesnt matter very mutch
me , i prefer Asus
just find a board with 775 socket
read the specs , or download its manual , to find out if your CPU fits [importend! ]
and if it has SATA , and , if DDR2 is supported
then , buy this board ,
then buy the case that matches the board

i think it may work , you could get better [ i am not go to tell witch one ]
i explain
the CPU you mentioned is 64bit
therefor you want a MoBO that support more RAM , the one you mentioned supports up to 2 GB RAM
as you can see in the pic , it has only 2 RAM-slots
also , it has no I/O shield [ weird ]
advise ;
search some more , for :
-socket 775
-both IDE and SATA connections
-4 RAM slots instead of 2 [ you can buy more RAM in the future ][ you want that with 64bit ]
-RAID support [ 2 harddisks are faster then 1 ][so-called bottleneck ]
-make sure your CPU is supported [ phone ASUS ]
but
if you can live with 32bit , the MoBO you mentioned should work [ again , check if CPU will work , can be difficult with Intell ]
as for cooling ;
depends on the cooler you buy , has nothing to do with MoBo
