take it off with solder, clean it n put it back that's all. I have already try it n it's work

Try clean up the connection bettween main board and front board frist. If still have the problum than change it.

I had the same problem with my 6600, for a couple of months and it it just went away without doing anything about it... Or maybe, I guess, it's the thing that I always replace my casings every now and then.... it could be the keypad too. You replacing them.....

take the joystick off put a small rubber in the hole SMALL !! "about 1millimetre" there you go!!

What's wrong with the joystick of your 6600? You can't scroll to the right, left, up, down, or what?

Unlike 6600, which has a shortcut to formatting, you need to format your phone making use of a griffin box.

If the joystick of your 6600 just got stucked, then you can solve you problem by just simply changing the front housing. However if your problem is already with the joystick no longer scrolling to the left or to the right or the other way around then you need to check continuity of lines.

with all the playing i do w/ my 6600, i think il take note of these solutions in case my joystick becomes damaged! haha

i encounter everyday of 6600 joystick and keypad problem. If u have spare just simply change the whole thing. if dun have just check the 6 pins of the joystick if have continuity to kpads connector. Then check ur joystick switches pin 1 and pin 6 is middle or enter, pin 2 and pin 6 is up, pin 3 n 6 is right, pin 4 n 6 is left, pin 5 n 6 is down.

sorry but if i ask the joystick for my 6600 to the nokia point they tell me that i have to give them my cell that they will change it to me.....can you tell me if there is another place to get this joystick for my 6600.....it's being too soft....i think that from a moment to another it will drop off from my cell :S .
