scenario:

file server IP address: 192.168.0.200
file server pc name: file-server

network clients:

192.168.0.1.xxx : can access file server using 2 accounts simultaneously at the same time
access thru run command:
\\192.168.0.200
\\file-server

192.168.1.xxx : can access file server but 1 account at a time only. need to log-off or restart computer before they can use their other access account on the server.

question: how can I make 192.168.1.xxx access our file server using 2 accounts at the same time?

some of our network clients needs 2 different access account. problem occurs only when we expand our office. some departments have to change location inside the building and on their new location have been under to 192.168.1.xxx

I'm using microwave>router>main switch>switches
our office is on site. our data and voice communication is by using microwave radio.
this scenario is only internal network, only within our building.
